PRICES

All prices are stated including VAT in DKK.

PAYMENT

We accept payment with all common payment cards.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.

DELIVERY DENMARK

Parcel shop and home delivery with DAO : 45 DKK

(Please note that some products can only be delivered to DAO parcel shop. This is stated in the product description, and if the wrong shipping type is ordered, it will be changed to DAO parcel shop).

Pick-up in Kolding: Free. Packages can be picked up every Wednesday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM at Søgade 49.

Free shipping on all orders over 499 DKK.

RETURN

NOTE: Please note that the waiting time in parcel shops may vary depending on which shipping company is used. We ship with GLS and DAO.
If an order needs to be sent again/returned to us because it has not been picked up at the parcel shop, it will cost 39 kroner in shipping which will automatically be deducted from the return amount.

Products purchased at mellow-mind.dk can be returned. within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to hello@mellow-mind.dk, stating your order number and which items you wish to return.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer bears all shipping costs.

Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Care products without packaging such as soap and shampoo bars are not accepted for return.

COMPLAINT

Complaints about an item must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item.

In the event of a complaint, the buyer bears all shipping costs.
